OPINION OF LOBD DUNBAVEN
(BY CABLE—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, July 27. Lord Dunraven 'declared that tlio Chancellor's concession to the colonies in tho matter of death duos was little better than a contemptiblp subterfuge. It was unwise to prevent rich colonial absentees settling in Britain. Lord Hoi'scholl denied that any injustice would be inflicted on the colonios.
