Sydney, March 9. 7hhs,s, Lulicck arrived from Samoa to* day, ami she reports that everything was quiet when she left. Mr Eggert, Laud Commissioner at Samoa, was a passenger en routo to Germany, meeting liuvc been lield to discuss , alterations in the treaty, and a number agreed on the question of forwarding items to the powers. Many of the prisoners expelled six months ago from Samoa are returning.
