Below the 100 feet level there is no change in the stopee in progress, bat above, the last stope is now in progress upon the Rauben Parr reef, under the flow of the Point Russell level, and there remains only about two more stopes to bea*. out in the blocks upon the cross reef, nnd main footwall reef. Nothing, however, ap« pears to have been done upon these bodies above the Point Russell level, so that pre. purations are now in progress for continu> ing the stopeß overhead, the Reuben Parr reef being the firs; to be tickled, Io the eastern drive at this level, the Golden Aire reef is still being followed, but the quartz now appears to fce pinching out. as if it, the reef, was going to make what is termed a "sp'ice" or overlap. The cross reef should shortly bo met with in thin drive, and it is just possible that it in the closo proximity of thit body that i? causing tho break in the reef.
