FURTHER PARTICULARS. '(by cable..—fuess association,) New Yoiiic, February S. .Adisiveu on the Elevated railway de« tected the fire at the Royal Hotel at three o'clock in the morning. He stopped the train, whirled loudly, and woko up tho inmates of the build* ing. The life-saving corps worked splendidly. Latest, One of the most appalling features in the fire at the Royal Hotel yesterday was the collapse of the iuterior of the hotel just as tho occupants were aroused. It is feared most of those missing fell into the flames.
