The remains of trinkets belonging to deceased were found in garden, they have all the appearance of having been quite recently burnt, The accused was very quiet, and only spokb to, and then only addressed a few words to his' solicitor, After hearing the evidence the jury returned a verdict of wilful murder against same per son or persons unknown, •
