DISASTROUS FLOODS IN VICTORIA.
One Man Drowned.

Melbourne February 4. News from Oiistlomaino and district stales that floods are now being experienced, they are causing similar disasters to those which occurred about tho New Year, but if anything are moro Bevere, and havo undone all tho repairs which were effected after tho last visitation. Groat damage has been caused throughout tho district, and one man has been drowned.
