INCENDIARISM.
THE PORT-AU-PRINCE FIRES. [I'KESS association.] Port-au-Prince, July 20. The fires, which arc the work of incendiaries, broke out in different parts of the town. The French, and English legations are strongly guarded by French sailors. Many of the public buildings have been destroyed by the fire.
