(PBE PEEB9 AGENCY.) Chmstchuboh, Saturday. The Synod last night throw out a bill for prohibiting the insertions of photographs on gravestones, a practice which has been adopted at Avonside Cemetery. The long-continued drought is inducing serious apprehensions for the crops.
