Eheeneeied v. Jaokson.—Thiswasa plaint arising out of a transaction>iu shares of the Tairua Company. The com* plaint was to the effect that the defendant, William Benjamin Jackson, by false and fraudulent', representations, induced the defendant Louis Ehrenfried, to buy from him 260 shares in the said company, whereby; the. complainant;lost £675 and £26, The plaint enumerated the representations complaimed of, and claimed damages.-Mr Tyler,. who; appeared for the complainaat, said that it had been agreed to ask to have the case adjourned until the 19th instant.—The adjournment was 1 granted. ' ~
