DISTRICT COURT.-Tuesday.
(BeforflHisllonorF.D. Essiox, Esq., District Judge.) Bennett v. Cassin.—This was a .question of; costs, following a decision of ; the Court at its last sitting; when a former verdict of a jury was reversed on a new trial. A sum of £10 and costs, mailing £1119s, had been paid into Court, and judgment was given for this amount. The Coort now ordered that plaintiff pay all costs incurred since the payment made into Court by defendants, amounting to £1449. Macdonaid and. Milieb v. Aikx. Hogg,' Wiuiam Patne, and Othebs.— This was a claim for professionalservices rendered and monies paid on account of defendants, amounting to £61.—Mr Tyler appeared for plaintiffs; no appearance of .defendants.—Judgment for 'amount, and costs £6 4s. " .W.
; ;iN;BANKSup:ct-EE DANIBL-Tooket and X John Webb. —Mr' - Tyler, who. appeared for the bankrupts, asked; for an adjournment in this case, as Mr Macdonald, who appeared for the Jtrustee, was absent in 'Auckland.—Adjourned until next Court day, December 7th. ' This was all : the business, and the Court rose. .. '
