Oabb.—This was a plaint laid to of a sharo in tho Juncliou claim, on the ground of nou- ' '.working.-Mungo Bissett, tho bolder of a miner's right (produced) deposed that Thomas CarrY'sharo in tho Junction claim had not been worked, either by himself or by.any person for him for moro than three months previous to tho laying • of this'plaints The claim has not been under protection.—tfainos Horne, clerk " to ; the Mining Registrar, was examined.— Ordered that tho.share of fhornas Carr ' ■ in : the.
