DuuNraNßSs.—Hetere, a native, was charged wild having been drunk and disorderly in Pollen-street.—He admitted being drunk, but! did not know that ho ' had been guilty: of any disorderlycon*/ duct.—Constable Scott deposed that he, saw the defendant in the: street singing ~• and howling at the top of his voice.--The Bench, taking into consideration that the. disorderly conduct complained of was of a mild type, let accused off with a fine of • 10s and costs, or 24 hours' imprisonment. -.
