RICE, For the Provincial Secretary, , Clause 17 (Rent to k paid in advance), to bo read as follows: —"The rent per acre to be reserved upon every leate shall le at the annual rate of one shilling for the first seven years, one shilling and sixpence for the second seven years, and two shillings for the last seven, years; and all rents or moneys payablo under or in reßpect of any lease shall be due and paid annually in advanco to the Receiver of Gold Bevenue on the first day of January in each year of the term of lease. Provided always that one year's full rent shall be paid at the time of issue on'all leases issued prior to the thirtieth day of June in any one year, and one half-years rent shall le paid on leases issued subsequent to the thirtieth day of June in any year," Clause 21 (Sumy Fees) to be expubged,.
