RICE, For the Provincial Secretary, ' Clause 17 [Ml to U paid in advance), to 1 be read as follows:—"The rent per acre to be reserved upon every leaso shall te at the annual rate of one shilling for the first seven years, one shilling and sixpence for the second seven years, and two shillings for the last seven years; and all'rents or moneys payablo under or in respect of any lease shall be duo and paid annually in advance to the Receiver ' o£ Gold Revenue on,the first day of. January in each year of the term of lease.
