The length of such Race is half a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is N,F, and S.W. The mean depth and breadth of such Race is three feet by two feet, and it is capable of carrying Five sluicc-hcads of water; and the number of sluice-beads of forty inches cach which it is intended to appropriate is Five.
