TJ IS Honor the Supebistendehi directs A it to be notified that he has made the following AMENDMENTS in Ihe Regulations for the granting of Agricultural Leases within the Ohinemuri Goldfield, VINCENT E. RICE, For the Provincial Secretary, Clause 17 (Rent to U paid in advance), to I be read as follows:—"The rent per acre to be reserved upon every lease shall te at the annual rato of one shilling for tho first seven years, one shilling and sixpence for the second seven years, and two shillings for the last seven years; and nil rents or moneys payablo under or in respect of any lease shall bo due and paid annually in advance to the Receiver of Gold Revenue on the first day of January in each year of the term of leaso. Provided always tint one year's full rent shall bo paid at the time of issue on all leases issued prior to the thirtieth day of June in any one year, and one half-year's rent shall bo paid on leases issued subsequent to ibe thirtieth day of June in any year."
