CONVENTION .WITH POLAND. By Telegraph—Frees Assn.—Copyright. (Reoeivea Oct. 23, 10. SO a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Oct. 25. A convention between Poland and the free town of Danzig has been signed. -Poland will represent Danzig abroad and Danzig will participate in a treaty making both considered one for customs purposes.
