The Statutes Revision Committee of tho Legislative Council has completed tho hearing of evidence in connection with the allegations relating to the attitude of the Roman Catholic Church towards the marriage laws of New Zealand. It is not expected, however, that the tho decision of the committee will bo announced for a few days.
