Buyers’ representatives of Hawke’s Bay Taranaki, South Canterbury, Wairarapa, and Manawatu were present. Top prices in cows were paid by the Owavas Estate for “Sea Nymph’ (Gladbrook bred), at 165 guineas, others making from 10 guineas to 34 guineas. The two-year heifers were a good lot and bred by the vendor and elecited much better competition. Mr. J. E. Yearling heifers made 11, 12, 15, 20, 30, to 34 guineas, the majority of the lota being secured by Mr. N. B. Gibbons, of Wanganui; other buyers being J. W, EUmgham, Hawke’s Bay, J. P.
