CONTROLLING PASSENGERS. In order to overcome the inconvenience caused to , long distance ticketholders for the electric 'mis by being crowded out by short-distance passengers, the New Plymouth Borough Council on Tuesday evening decided that the following method be adopted when there is a large number of wouldbe passengers gathered at the point of departure of the ’bus. iq Devon Street Central;— ' . In reply tp a councillor, the engineer said that_ it was not proposed to inaugurate this system till the electric ’bus again took up the running.
