Prince' Joachim suffered from a complete nervous breakdown and had collapsed mentally. He was obsessed by fears regarding tho outcome of the revolution and believed that tho Government intended to turn him out of the House. His eccentricities completely broke up his conjugal life. The present whereabouts of his wife are unknown. Pending divorce proceedings deepened Prince Joachim’s depression.—Times. LONDON, July 20.
