OLYMPIC GAMES.
AUSTRALIANS REACH ENGLAND. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received July 21, 9.40 a.m.) LONDON. July 19. The Rt. Hon. Andrew Fisher (High Commissioner for Australia) welcomed the Olympic team and presented Mr. Bennett with an Australian ensign. He wished the- team success in their enterprise. Mr. Hunter complimented the team' on their physique, emphasising that there was growing up in tho southern .eas a strong, virile race. ' Mr. Bennett thanked Mr. Fisher and said that every man m the team was a champion, imbued with the desire to uphold Australia at Antwerp.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
