Tn the House of Commons, replying to questions, Mr. Bonar Law stated the Government’s Irishi policy was unchanged, namely, to restore law and order in Ireland by all means in its power, and simultaneously to carry out the Government’s Ireland Bill. Cable Assn. CORDON ROUND CORK. NO JURY FOR INQUEST. ,■;v - - (Received July 21, 9.6 a.m.) LONDON, July 20. The military have thrown a strong cordon around Cork. All the citizens were ordered to bo indoors at ten in the evening. When the coroner attended for the inquest on Mr. Smyth only nine out of 18 jurors were present, and the inquest was abandoned. Only 13 our of 296 common jurors answered the call at the opening of the Assize.
