BERLIN,’ July 19. An agitation is on foot in Rhineland and Westphalia against the Allied Spa policy. Tho miners resent lue extra shifts necessitated by the coal decision, and strikes are threatened. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. .REPARATNON TO BE DISCUSSED. SPA, July 18. A correspondent reports that at the closing of the conference, M. do ia Croix (Belgian Premier) announced that the -discussions regarding reparation* would be continued by a committee of two representatives of tho Great Powers end Germany, meeting at Geneva in a few weeks.—Reuter. EXPLANATIONS IN GERMANY. BERLIN, July 18. Semi-official apologies for tho acceptance of the coal" terms declare that no other decision was possible after Marshal Foch was summoned.
