Brunswick (Pouigriun) 1, Fagot 2. Tno only starters. Won easily by ten lengths. Time, Cmin 38soe. Hack Fiat Handicap.—Glengylc (Jennings) 1, Teiki 2, Prince Randall 3Abo started: Persian King, Orateur, Thebes, Crevasse, Minnix. Won by a short head, half a length between second and third. Time, Imiu 31sec. Tramway Steeplechase.—Juan (Horn) I, Gay Boy 2, Con 3. The only starters. Won by five lengths, 12 lengths between second and third. Time, 4min 12sec. Winter Oats.—Cleft (S. Howard) and Orateur (M’Carten), dead heat, 1; Dribble 3. Also started; Acquittal, Patetonga. Dribble a. length and a-half from the dead-heaters. Time, 2min 15 sec. After the Flying Handicap, the stewards held an inquiry into tho running of Lionskin. After the evidence was heard it was decided that lab stewards being satisfied that D. A. Poulgrain had deliberately pulled Lionskin, ho bo disqualified for two years. SECOND DAY’S ACCEPTANCES. GISBORNE, Juno 10.
