Details of the secret marriage of the King of Greece to Mademoiselle Manes state that the latter belongs to a patrician family. King Alexander formed a romantic attachment to her in his boyhood, not expecting to succeed to the throne, and persisted in marrying her in 1919, despite the Greek laws. PEKING, May 23.
