OWNERS OFFER CONFERENCE. BUT MINERS REFUSE. . Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Leo. 10, The secretary of the Coal Mine Owners’ Association notified the Miners’ Federation that the owners were prepared to agree to a further conference on certain conditions, one of which was that tho normal output and working conditions bo resumed immediately in all mines, the conference to bo arranged alter normal operations had been resumed and maintained tor a period of two weeks. The miners’ representatives declined the offer.
