A CASE OF SUICIDE.
WELLINGTON, Dec. S. An inquest was held to-day on Frederick Patterson, a discharged soldier, who was admitted to the Peatberston military hospital on November 24, qud who threw himself under the wheels of a motor lorry on December 4, succumbing shortly after. A verdict was returned that deceased committed suicide while in a melancholy state of mind.
