Japanese Labour is protesting against the high cost of living and has started a movement to secure the reorganization of the Cabinet. Air. Kara called an official conference at which it was decided that a public market should bo established in each city of 50,000 inhabitants and that loans should be advanced at low interest to those who wish to build homes.
