HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.

ANNUAL SHOW. Tlio New Plymouth Horticultural Society's Show, which was held in the Coronation Hall on Thursday afternoon and evening, was well attended and everyone was delighted with tho general excellence of tho show. In addition to those mentioned on Thursday Mr. W. Putt also mode an attractive exhibit, whilst Mr. M'Gahey had a fine specimen of the stag’s horn fern growing on a piece of punga.
