The High Court’s decision, that the proclamation closing hotels during the influenza epidemic was illegal, has resulted in tho withdrawal of 31 cases. THE SYDNEY FIRE. SYDNEY, Deo. 3. The damage at Keep’s fire is estimated at £250,000. It is covered by insurance. Besides Bromfield’s, three other small outbreaks in adjoining buildings were subdued. FARMERS’ DROUGHT BILL. SYDNEY, Dec. 3. The Assembly; has passed the Farmers’ Drought Bill.
