Shortly after three o’clock in tho afternoon Poulet returned to Rangoon. I Ho had nearly reached tho Siamese | frontier, when he encountered a heavy ‘ fogj and, fearful of losing his way, ho decided to turn back. He will leave on ' Wednesday. !
