Per Press Association, PALMERSTON N., Nov. 12. In the Supreme Court, Charles Janies Cookery was acquitted on charges of counselling youths to break and enter premises and receiving stolen goods. Henry Joseph Lewis and Alfred Mervyn Capp, two youths, were ordered to como np for sentence on charges of breaking and entering.
