THE LASH FOR CRIMINAL ASSAULT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 7. Mr. Justice Stringer, at the Supremo Court to-day, .sentenced Roy Albert Delaney, a young man of fifteen years, for criminal assault on a little girl at Pctone. Ho also ordered that accused should receive ten lashes. His Honour said that he would order flogging in all future eases of gross outrages against vnuna children..
