Coalition and Master Lupin, who is apparently quite sound again, after going over the country ran nine furlongs in 2min. 22 2-osec. Goldshinc took Imin. 46sec. to cover seven furlongs. Gay Lad was in his clement in skipping over five furlongs- in GS.scc., doing it nicely. Merton just had tho better of Greek Son at the end' of five furlongs run in Imin. 8 2-5 sec., while Comment easily held Sweet Smile ever the same journey in Imin. 7 1 2-osec. Borodina, who was under a strong pull all the way, left five furlongs behind in Imin. 12sec. Charley ran four furlongs in 54 1-osoc., finishing very well. Samiel moved pleasingly and finished well when leaving six furlongs behind in Imin. 23sec. Strayshot ran half a mile. Art, Alultivo and Paraoa were given a round over the hurdles, the, former pair fenced well and finished half a dozen lengths in front of Paraoa; Art afterwards ran a mile in 2min. Kilhoytie pleased by the way he left six furlongs behind in Imin. 21 1-osee.-, finishing very well. Alnnawapango had tho better of Merry Lad after travelling a mile in .Imin. 5-l.scc. A'ascular and Red Book sprinted four furlongs in 55 2-ssee., finishing on terms.
