The chief business at to-day’s session of tho International Socialist Conference was tho presidential address, wherein the president referred to a probable social upheaval and the need for revision of the peace treaties, Allied intervention in .Russia, and tho nationalisation of industry. Regarding Russia Mr. Henderson urged tho conference to draw all support from the reactionary adventurers. Mr. Henderson expressed the belief that the railways, mines, and minerals in Britain would very shortly become public property.—Router.
