CHICAGO RACIAL RIOTS.

TROOPS PATROLLING TOWN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. NEW YORK, August 1. With more than 3000 troops, which are mow patrolling Chicago, and a like- number held in reserve, order is being gradually restored. Nevertheless, disorders, which resulted in 32 deaths and 500 wounded, still smoulder. To-day one negro was killed and six seriously injured, y Thirty-seven fires were reported during the day, all of which occurred in negroes’ homes.
