A GREAT FEDERATION. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. LONDON, August 2. A Federation of British Industries, with a membership of 18,000 firms and a capital of 5000 Millions has been formed. After investigation tho parliamentary committee issued a remarkable declaration against nationalisation, instead of which they recommend Whitley Councils, enabling the workers to have the fullest voice in determining the conditions of employment.
