The Harbour Board’s dredge Paritutu, which has been absent trom this port for five weeks in order to undergo annual overhaul at Wellington, arrived back on Sunday. THE KARU. The local agents for the Karu advise that tne vessel leaves Manganui at 1 o’clock to-day, reaclring New Plymouth to-morrow morning. THE ALEXANDER. The Alexander brought 250 tons of cement from Tarakobe. UNION COMPANY VESSELS. The Poherua is leaving Greymouth tonight, and is duo hero to commence the discharge on Wednesday morning of 1200 tons of coal and 30,000 feet of timber.
