The food situation is desperate, 220,000 people being in need, whilst thousands have died of starvation and disease, spotted fever, gmallpox, influenza and pneumonia being rampant. ADMIRAL KOLTCHAK’S PLANS.

NEW YORK, June 6. The New York Sun’s Parts correspondent states that reliable reports which are reaching French official circles say that Admiral Koltcb.ak is willing to concede to the Allies’ demands as a preliminary to recognition of the Omsk Government.
