Australian Press Association learns that Germany is evidently seeking to occupy the whole of the Baltic provinces, in order in keep in touch with Russia for commercial penetration after the peace. The Gormans have collected tanks, aeroplanes and munitions at 'Riga with the view of advancing. Marshal Foch has accordingly notified Germany to withdraw west of the river line.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
