MOUSE IN A MEAT PIE.
SYDNEY, June 5. Before Judge Scholes, in the District Court to-day, Mary Mahoney a hoarding-houlio keeper, claimed £4OO damages from Sargent’s Limited. Plaintiff alleged that she had become ill through eating a meat pie, which subsequently was shown to contain part of a rat or a mouse. Plaintiff wag awarded £25 damages.
