The 12.000 crates of cteese which the Corinna is loading is to go on to the Kia Ora at Wellington. The Kahika, after discharging coal this week, will load 9,700 crates of cheese for which space has been allotted on the Remucra. NIAGARA NOT GOING TO SYDNEY. AUCKLAND, June 2. It is understood that the steamer Niagara will not proceed to Sydney owing to the shipping strike, but will remain at Auckland until June 10, when she will return to Vancouver. The steamer Moeraki, which has been waiting at Auckland for some time, will take the Niagara’s passengers to Sydney, and wilL-probably sail on Wednesday. THE BADEN POWELL. The Baden Powell is advertised t in Wellington to sail on Friday for New Plymouth. MISHAP TO THE KAPUNI. The steamer Kapuni, 188 tons, came in contact with the breakwater while leaving Pa tea and put into Wanganui on Monday, leaking badly. Temporary lepairs were made there to enable the vessel to proceed to Wellington. The Kapnni was carrying cheese for the Raranga, and this was transhipped to the Hawcra' at Wanganui.
