Mr. Godfrey Isaacs states that_ a wireless device is available now which which enable vessels to ascertain their position in a fog and detect the approach and approximate distance of other vessels. A new transmitter will enable persons flying to ‘know where they are- as easily as a railway passenger looking out of a window.
