NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB
For the mixed foursome bogey handicap played at Waiwakaiho on Saturday twelve couples entered, the winners being Miss Leathern and llobertshaw, who returned the good score of 1 down. The following were the best scores:— Miss Lcatfiam and RobertshsiWj 1 down; Mrs. Opay and Johns, 4- down; Mrs. Scott and Austin, 5 down; Mrs. Johns and Macka.y, 7down ; Miss Gavin and Paton, 8 down; Ali.ss Kollo and Thompson, 9.down. To-morrow the New Phunouth cluh plays its annual match with the Hawera cluh at Hawera. At Waiwakaiho to-morrow the ladies will play the silver button medal match in conjunction, with the first round of the eclectic match. Prizes are ollcred for ,tho senior limit players and ior the befit eclectic score.
A medal handicap will be played at Witiora golf links to-morrow, Tuesday, commencing at 1.30.
