The Peking correspondent of the New York Times states that tho Chinese Cabinet agreed,. at the request of the British, French, and'American Governments, to disassociate German capital from tho four-Powcr railway loan agreement concluded in 1911, whereby each financial group contracted for the construction of the Hankow-Szchuan line. The German interests will be divided among the British. French,, and Americans.
