NOTICES. WAR LOAN. A SIMPLE WAY OUT OF A DIFFICULTY. SECURE YOUR STOCK BY ANNUAL j PAYMENTS FROM INCOME | WITHOUT DISTURBING YOUR j CAPITAL. yTNDER the “Finance Act, 1917,” j U the Compulsory Clauses make it' imperative that everyone with certain financial resources must subscribe to the Loan. II the whole, or even a great part of a man’s capital is required in his business, or is locked up in profitable investment, it can only he withdrawn at a considerable sacrifice. This difficulty can be overcome and loss avoided under the plan originated by the A.M.P. Society, which issues policies payable in inscribed stock. Hundreds of business men and fanners throughout the Dominion have adopted this plan. The outstanding features are: — 1. THE GOVERNMENT HAS APPROVED THIS SCHEME, and in considering the liability of taxpayers to subscribe, will credit a contributor with Stock equal in value to the amount of the assurance taken as soon as the first '' premium is paid, 2. Purchasers may secure amounts ranging from £2OO to £.5000 on their own or another eligible life, and the instalments may be spread over from 5 to 20 years. 3. The A.M.P. Society purchases the Stock, which is held until all premiums are paid, unless death intervene, 1 ;, in which event it would be immediately handed over free of further payment, and earn interest at 4* per cent., free of income tax. 4. Two years from date of issue bonuses vest, and the usual nonforfeiture privileges, as well as Loan Value, Surrender Value, and Paid-up Policy are available. The above is, without doubt, a splendid arrangement, both for the salaried man and for the investor who does not wish to disturb his capital. As the Loan closes on 31st inst.", all business must be completed and in Wellington by that date. All further information will be promptly supplied by G. E. DINNISS, Agent, Telephone 75, New Plymouth. P,S.—Remember that under this method you are subscribing to the loan and at the same time carrying additional insurance on your life. h 559 RACING NOTICES.
