RABIES IN ENGLAND.

There are 140 cases of rabies in England and Wales, and the disease Is spreading rapidly into the metropolitan district, A dog attacked a family in a London suburb and a cat drove the dog from the house, it is believed saving its mistress’s life.—Aus.-N.Z.
