RUSSIAN CURRENCY.
REORGANISED BY BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 28. The Press Bureau states'that in view of the confused state of currency in northern Russia, the British Government has decided to assist the Provisional Government there in establishing a new rouble currency at a fixed rate of exchange, namely 40 roubles per pound sterling.
