Tho New York Times’ Washington correspondent says that officials state there is no truth in reports published in London to tho effect that President Wilson is endeavouring to influence the British Government to give concessions to the Irish. IRISH NEWSPAPERS EXCLUDED. NEW YORK, Jan. 23. Three Irish newspapers have been barred the use of the mails.
